Award Winning Customer Focused Loyalty Programme

At Vivid Lime, the internal digital agency of the Collinson Group, I worked with the Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group on digital assets for their global loyalty programme. The group operated across many regions and had a strong reputation for customer experience, supported by multiple industry awards between 2010 and 2012.

The Challenge

The loyalty programme needed high quality digital assets that could be used across more than twenty global markets. These assets had to support multi language translation, maintain a premium brand presence, and work within tight campaign timelines. My task was to create designs that balanced flexibility, clarity, and brand consistency across all regions.

My Role​

I designed eDMs, landing pages, and microsite layouts for ongoing loyalty campaigns. I created modular templates that supported translation and ensured consistent visual standards across markets. I collaborated with marketing, account teams, localisation specialists, and developers to deliver assets that worked at global scale.

The results

I developed a block based templating system that allowed regional teams to update content while maintaining structure and hierarchy. The visual direction focused on premium imagery, clean typography, and a clear communication rhythm that helped simplify loyalty messages. The system supported fast campaign delivery and improved consistency across the hotel group’s network.
