I was fortunate enough to work with and learn from Elizabeth for over a year as part of her Studio team at EF Englishtown. As a manager, Elizabeth has a wonderful style; she trusts her team to do great work, is encouraging of career development, and delivers feedback in a constructive and motivational way. As a designer in her own right she is exceptionally talented creatively, but also results-driven and business minded, basing creative concepts and design templates on best practice standards, A/B test data and customer insight. She has a wonderful entrepreneurial spirit, will fight for great ideas and fosters out of the box thinking. I feel extremely lucky to have had her as my manager and mentor, and I know everyone who has the pleasure to work with her (or for her) in the future will feel the same.

Lizzie is an exceptional, forward-thinking designer who has a lot of drive to take complicated, challenging projects forward while satisfying and managing both the client's expectations and her need to produce the best possible designs that she can. She is a real team player and has a determined, persistent outlook to her work, coupled with a keen eye for design and excellent front-end knowledge that ensures that any job that she works on will succeed.

Having worked with Elizabeth in both a candidate and client capacity over the years, the same traits shine through...She's an extremely talented hands on digital creative and marketeer, and also a wonderful leader. Lizzie was undoubtedly one of the best designers I worked with at Vivid Lime, Fresh, forward thinking and inventive. She proposed challenging yet engaging designs for clients such as Vodafone and News International. It was a pleasure to work with her and clients were always impressed with the creativity I had the opportunity to present. Top class.
