Developers tend to systemise rather than empathise. They excel at logical thinking, relying on their left-brain strengths. In contrast, as designers, we thrive on creativity and flexibility, tapping into our right-brain capacities. Our primary concern is how end users perceive and interact with our design decisions.
However, I have come to recognise that our differences are not barriers but rather complementary strengths that have the potential to unlock a powerful creative synergy. Embracing collaboration has been a transformative game-changer, reshaping my project approach and ushering in a new era of innovative possibilities.
